Every piece is printed on demand, so timing works a little differently than off-the-shelf retail. This is a plain-language template; confirm exact windows against your print partner before launch.

Production time

Orders are made after you buy. Typical production is roughly 2–7 business days before an order ships. Drops and large runs may take longer; we'll say so at checkout when that applies.

Shipping

• Shipped worldwide via our print partner from the nearest facility.
• Delivery estimates and costs are shown at checkout based on your address; transit is typically several business days after production.
• You'll get tracking by email once your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong-size orders, so please check the size guide before buying. We stand behind quality: if your item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, we'll replace it or refund it.

Damaged or wrong items

Email thiscouldvebeenanemail@guccimedici.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

Lost in transit

If tracking stalls or a package is lost, reach out and we'll work with the carrier and print partner to resolve it.
