By using guccimedici.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
The goods
GUCCIMEDICI products are made to order and printed on demand. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment, and blanks may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Orders & payment
Prices are in USD. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order (with a refund) at our discretion. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify; placing an order is an offer we may accept by producing and shipping it.
Intellectual property
All GUCCIMEDICI artwork, marks, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission. You may not reproduce our designs on your own merchandise.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, scrape at scale, overload, or interfere with it, and no unlawful use.
Disclaimers & liability
The site and goods are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
